Our Lease Only Service is designed for landlords who need help filling a vacancy but would like to manage the property themselves.

After the tenant is moved in and funds are collected, we transfer the appropriate documents to you to handle from there. This cost of this service is one month’s rent ($1,000 min fee).
*Lease Only Service does not qualify for Eviction Guarantee.

Pricing: Our lease only service is one month’s rent ($1,000 min fee). The cost of this service with our Full Service Management is 1/2 months rent ($750 min fee).

Simple all inclusive pricing.
Our Full Service Property Management is just 7% of monthly rent ($100 minimum). Tenant placement is 50% of one month’s rent ($750 minimum). We charge no other fees!
